The truce negotiations had dragged on at Panmunjom for some two years before a final settlement was agreed to. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Troops march across country. Various shots of United Nations troops marching in the snow, sleeping in bags in the snow. Mix to aerial of tent at Panmunjom. General Nam Il SCU of him.
