- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: 4th Test Ends in a Draw. DESCRIPTION: Once again, English Summer weather was responsible for a drawn match. After England’s stubborn innings of 275, Australia were set to get 177 in 115 minutes, but when stumps were drawn they were still 30 behind. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Teams (England) take the field. Shots of pouring rain, almost deserted ground, cushions everywhere. Crowd shots in sunshine. Lindwall clean bowls Graveney. Lindwall hits Compton on hand with ball, Miller massages his hand. Laker batting. Davidson bowls to Laker who is caught by Benaud. Bailey playing carefully. Crowds. England take the field. Hassett & Morris come out. Hassett scores off first ball. Morris batting - CU. Harvey batting, running between wickets. Hole batting & caught Graveney. GV last ball of the day, & crowds swarm onto pitch.
