The Housing Minister himself invited the tenants to take possession of their new house. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Harold Macmillan outside newly finished house speaks at mike. CU Mr & Mrs Poulton, tenants of same. Mr Macmillan opens door of house and beckons them in to take possession. It is 310,000th house. House built by the Barnet Urban District Council.
