- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Congress Shooting. DESCRIPTION: In Washington, scenes of confusion naturally followed the news of the shooting outrage. The wounded Congressmen were quickly taken to hospital while the assailants, who were Puerto Ricans, were promptly arrested. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV Capitol. Crowds of ambulances and cars outside Capitol buildings. Carry wounded congressmen into ambulances. Interior shots of congress. James van Zantd of Pennsylvania tells of shooting. Various shots of desks and chairs penetrated by bullets. Shots of Puerto Ricans, led by Mrs Lolita Lebron. Under close arrest by police led away into Black Maria.
