Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Bangkok Seato Conference. DESCRIPTION: Bangkok, capital of Thailand, was the scene of the recent Eight Power Conference. Sir Anthony Eden was among the delegates discussing ways and means of strengthening the defence of South East Asia. SHOTLIST: KS Bangkok. GVs arrival of Sir Anthony Eden and his wife (night shots). Then on the following day people seen lining the streets cheer the delegates. Some posters seen (Back SEATO). Some shots of various cars proceeding to the conference building.
