MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Queen Reviews Scouts. DESCRIPTION: At Windsor Castle, over a thousand Queen’s Scouts took part in the St George’s Day Parade. Her Majesty inspected representatives of the great Scouting movement, many of them from the Dominions and Colonies. The Duke of Edinburgh was very interested in one of the Scout’s badges. Watching from a window with her brother and her Aunt, Princess Anne was clearly inspired by the martial music. SHOTLIST: High angle shots of scouts. SCU Queen shaking hands. Talking to scouts. Duke talking to one scout. Disabled scouts. Close ups. Royal children at window. Princess Anne jigging to the music. Prince Margaret also at the window. March past.
