Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Eden Arrives Home. DESCRIPTION: On his arrival at Liverpool, Sir Anthony had a few words to say about his illness. Her Majesty had placed a Viking of the Queen’s Flight at the Ex-Premier’s disposal for the journey South to Boscombe Down. Sir Anthony and his wife are staying at Rose Bower, Broad Chalk, Lady Eden’s Wiltshire Cottage. SHOTLIST: CU of the name of the boat Empress of Britain. Shot of Eden sitting on board the boat with his wife. CU making speech - I’ve nothing to complain about because I’m indeed very lucky to be alive.
