- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Lourdes Centenary. DESCRIPTION: Many pilgrims had journeyed thousands of miles to the little town in the Pyrenees where, a hundred years ago, Bernadette Soubirous first saw her Miraculous Vision and received her message of divine healing. For the sick and suffering it has been the scene of many miracles of faith. In the light of torches the celebrations illuminate the dark.
