MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Installation of New Rector. DESCRIPTION: Visiting the University of Edinburgh, Prince Philip and James Robertson Justice shared a typical student welcome. The investiture by His Royal Highness, to the accompaniment of academic uproar. The general pandemonium prompted Dr Justice to make some dry comments on student behaviour. SHOTLIST: GV Edinburgh.
