- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Trains Pile Up. DESCRIPTION: It was at Hitchin, in Hertfordshire and the third three-train pile up within a few weeks; first a freight train ran into the back of the goods train in front. Then down from Yorkshire came goods train number three, hit the lot and completely blocked the other line. Nobody was hurt. SHOTLIST: LS wreck. GV wreckage. MS same. GV same. MS two trucks one being lifted. MS several trucks on line. MS engine lying on side. CU same. CU same - trucks on top. CU wreckage. MS truck being lifted. Same. MS truck forming bridge. Closer - same.
