Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Balloon Test. DESCRIPTION: A balloon, The Small World, with members of the crew aboard at Cardington, undergoes a test. The plan, recently announced by the Daily Mail, is to take the balloon to Tenerife, and from there to drift across the Atlantic, fetching up, it’s hoped, somewhere in the West Indies.
