Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Mini-Cars on Show. DESCRIPTION: The British Motor Corporation’s Mini-Minor. The 850 cc engine is mounted across the car, in both versions of this newcomer. In fact there’s hardly any difference between Morris and Austin Minis. The cost of round about five-hundred is mentioned. Performance is said to include a top-speed of seventy miles an hour, and should cruise at fifty-five miles to the gallon. SHOTLIST: Key scene. LS group of cars. MS small car. CU engine (4).
