Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Princess Relaxes. DESCRIPTION: Her Majesty’s Australian Ship Warramunga was the Destroyer which took Princess Alexandra on her holiday trip to islands off Queensland. She visited several islands off the coast, and had to wade ashore from the launch at Lindeman Island. Our pictures show the Princess, in casual holiday clothes, relaxing after a day of swimming and sailing. SHOTLIST: GV naval ship (key). MS side of ship. LS gangway.
