Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Maiden Voyage. DESCRIPTION: Rotterdam, and the Rotterdam, the new Holland-America liner about to sail on her maiden voyage. She is a big ship, 750 feet long, and 38 thousand tons, with all the latest refinements that a modern ship can have. Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands, accompanied by her father, Prince Bernhard, and her sister, Princess Irene, went aboard. She was travelling in the Rotterdam to New York. SHOTLIST: Liner (key).
