Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Motorway Report. DESCRIPTION: Good progress is reported on the Birmingham motorway, that will eventually link London, Birmingham and York. Plastic Sheeting, twenty six feet wide and a thousand yards long is being put down. The idea is to prevent damage to the surface through drying out.
