MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Agreement on Bases?. DESCRIPTION: Seen arriving at Government House, Nicosia, Archbishop Makarios came to continue discussions. He was followed by the Turkish Cypriot leader, Dr Kutchuk, and it was later announced that agreement on the thorny problem of civil administration of British bases had been achieved.
