- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Amazing Escape. DESCRIPTION: A number of ace drivers competed in the American Grand Prix, a 200 mile race at Riverside. One was Roger Ward (who won the Indianapolis 500) and, in the course of his American trip, Stirling Moss (number 1). Now watch death take a holiday: Don Hulette is in that car, but in spite of broken bones, he steps out and lives to drive another day! SHOTLIST: Key scene. GV start of the American Grand Prix. GV race in progress. MLS Stirling Moss in car No 1. LS a car somersaults over and over then bursts into flames, out steps driver Don Hulette. Slip pan - repeat of escape.
