Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Manchester United V Arsenal. DESCRIPTION: With over 54,000 spectators at Old Trafford, Manchester United came out for their postponed cup-tie with Arsenal. A floodlit match, and cold rainy conditions, but there was enough excitement to keep everyone warm. Manchester were soon showing good form. Then, Arsenal took up the tale, and when their attack had fizzled out, it was Manchester’s turn again. They soon scored the only goal of the match. SHOTLIST: Key scene.
