MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Express Delivery!. DESCRIPTION: In connection with a recent International Postal Congress in Munich, a race was held for postmen. Competitors came from Germany, Belgium, France, Norway, Poland and Switzerland. There were 15 kilometres to go. And it was hot! It was the Germans who had it all signed, sealed and delivered.
