Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Parachute Jumping. DESCRIPTION: Our pictures show the French sky-diving championships, and here is a competitor demonstrating just how accurate para-landings can be. The distance off target is judged in inches, even though they are jumping from well over 3,000 feet!. Now to Aldershot, where at the recent Airborne Forces Day they got tired of para-diving, and decided to do a bit of para-climbing! SHOTLIST: Key scene. MS parachutist landing.
