- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Riding the Runners. DESCRIPTION: Our pictures show the Bob-Sleigh World Championships at Innsbruck, Austria. They took place on a new track which will be used for the Winter Olympics in 1964. Italy’s No 1 team won the title, second place also went to Italy, and Britain’s Tony Nash and Robin Dixon came third. At Imst, the World Toboggan Championships were in full swing, and East Germany won the Women’s Title, West Germany the Men’s. SHOTLIST: Key scene. MS pan - Canadian team push bobsleigh off. GV bob around circuit (3 shots). MS Canadian team finish run. MS Great Britain bobsleigh pushes off. GV Great Britain bob around circuit (3 shots). MS pan - GB bob team finish run (Tony Nash and Robin Dixon) (they took third place). MCU crowd. MCU Great Britain team. MS pan - Italy’s bobsleigh being pushed to start. GV Italian team bob around circuit (3 shots). MS pan - same at finish of run. MS No 15 starts run (Toboggan Championships). LS camera along circuit. Toboggan around the circuit (6 shots).
