Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Pamplona Festival. DESCRIPTION: The annual bull-run fiesta at Pamplona, when the bulls stampede through the narrow streets to the arena. This year several are injured as the animals climb over a human barricade at the entrance to the bullring. For the young men of the town it’s a chance to prove their manhood as they run in front of the enraged animals. SHOTLIST: GV zoom in to bulls chasing crowds up street - pan to back view as bulls race up street - zoom in to injured man at kerbside. General B/V bulls race up street. STV men carrying injured men away. SCU men run down street chased by bulls. AS people watch from balcony. GV mass of men run into arena through tunnel. GV spectators. GV men jammed in tunnel as bulls climbs over them. GV men & bulls in tunnel entrance. GV bulls enter ring. GV bulls across ring & exit other side. GV tunnel entrance, bulls climb over men. GV men in arena chased by bulls. CU pan bull races round arena. CU pan ditto. SV people watch. LV man goad bulls. GV ditto. LV pan bull chases men round arena.
