Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Water Jousting. DESCRIPTION: More water sports as the French stage a medieval jousting contest on boats. Fortunately these Knights don’t wear armour or they’d be sunk. SHOTLIST: LV pan 2 boats come together both jousters are knocked into water. SV band playing accompanying music. SV jousting team in boat with jouster standing on the back. CU pole pushed towards camera. Angle shot as seen by a jouster as he and opponent clash and fall into water. SV crew rowing. 3 angle shots jousting pole. 2 opposing pole meet, as seen by jouster as opponent knocks him in. SV 2 boats come together, poles break & men stay on, 2 boats coming together. CU pole comes towards camera. CU jouster zoom back to SV as he falls into water (slow motion). SV as he falls into water (slow motion). SV slow motion jouster knocked into water. CU boats converge both jousters knocked into water.
