MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Gandolfi Cameras. DESCRIPTION: An era in the history of photography will pass when the Gandolfi Brothers close down their shop in a few years. They have been producing the World’s best cameras by hand at a small workshop in Peckham, South London. SHOTLIST: SV Monsieur Ramon Pomme de Terre adjusting his Gandolfi camera - he gets under cloth to look through lens. SV woman sitting. SV Pomme de Terre comes from underneath cloth. GV Gandolfi’s works. SCU sign Gandolfi. SV Frederick Gandolfi at workbench. CU piece of wood he’s cutting. SCU Fred. SV stick wood together. CU Fred’s face. CU as he operates slide. LV through doorway (Arthur Gandolfi at work - planes). CU as wood for tripod comes through machine - pan up. SCU tripod - zoom out. SV Arthur tests it. CU his face.
