Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Gaelic Football. DESCRIPTION: While at Wembley, the Gaelic Games with their own version of football. A combination of football, rugby and all-in wrestling. It makes for good spectator sport. SHOTLIST: GV Wembley Stadium zoom in to game in progress, Cork kicking left to right. TV Cork attacking. TV Cork No 8 scores goal, zoom back zoom into umpire. GV crowds cheering. SLV Offaly No 7 races for ball, he is tackled by Cork No 11 & throws ball towards centre. SV 3 players racing for ball, Offaly No 4 knocked over by Cork No 13 as he picks up ball, he gets up and kicks ball back down pitch as No 13 takes swing at him. GTV Offaly attack, Offaly player brought down by Cork player & ball is cleared. SV Cork No 6 falls to ground in front of referee. GTV Offaly attack but Cork clears up field. SV injured Cork player being taken off. TV pan Cork No 10 chases loose ball & kicks towards Offaly goal. TV pan scrummage in front of Offaly goal, ball goes over for another goal to Cork.
