- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Custard Pie Contest. DESCRIPTION: A sticky contest at Coxheath Fete, it is the Annual Custard Pie throwing championships. SHOTLIST: CU pan custard pies on bench. SV men putting out pie mixture onto plates & these onto bench. GV hand putting mixture from bucket on plate. SV pan pies on plates. SV 2 teams starting fight with pies. SV pan fight in progress. CU pies being picked up from bench. 15 SVs, girls team in pie fight, young boy throwing pie, man dodging pie then throwing one, man in thick of pie fight, man dressed in clown outfit member of Coxheath clowns team in pie fight, pan girls team throwing pies, pan boys team returning pies, girl dodges pie then throws one, crowd, men putting out mixture for next pie fight, pan pies on bench. SVs cont. pie fight clowns v another team, pie fighting team pan to clowns, young kids watching. Coxheath clowns, the winners.
