- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tall People. DESCRIPTION: Members of West Germany’s Tall People’s Club demonstrate the problems of walking tall. SHOTLIST: SV tall man crossing road. BV ditto walking along street he & wife meet more tall people on pavement. CU feet he compares his foot with that of his small wife (normal size). CU comparing hand sizes. CU pan up from legs to tall man and woman. SV interior clothes shop, man assistant helping tall man on with jacket. CU showing sleeves of jacket halfway up his arm. CU tall man. SV assistant picking out a pair of trousers. FV assistant holds them up to the tall man, pan down to show trousers don’t fit. SV crowd of people walking into entrance of hotel. SV tall man walks in entrance his head scrapes ceiling. FV interior tall man walking through doors into shop, he is ducking all the time. SV tall man lies down on a bed, his feet hang over end. SV tall man opening door of car. SV interior woman opens roof of car as man gets in, he sticks head through roof hole. SV pan car going along with man’s head out of roof pan to BV.
