SHOTLIST: GV San Marino zoom into Government Palace. SV the Guard of the Great & General Council presenting arms. FV procession through streets lead by Guard of Honour. CU statue pan to sign ‘Ava Marina Libertatis Aunoator’. FV Old Regents walking in procession flanked by the New Regents. FV Guard of Honour leading procession. SV crowd. FV New Regents in procession. LBV procession entering Government Palace for ceremony. BV ditto pan up to building. LBV Guard of the Great and General Council entering the Palace. AS flag flying from Palace. GV Ceremony Hall with everyone in place. SV seated VIPs. FV Old Regents at desk. LV ditto pan to New Regents being sworn in. SV an Old Regent handing over chair of office to New Regent as he does so, the other does the same, pan as the two Regents stop in in front of the desk. CU pan the New Regents.
