- COI synopsis: Being produced at a large, fully-automated, motor factory in Scotland is the new Hillman Imp. Before production commenced, prototypes of these tough little cars were tested in conditions ranging from the snows of the Arctic to the heat of Africa. All this ensures that the purchaser gets a reliable vehicle.
