- Summary
- COI synopsis: Often being forced to rethink and see things in a different way can open up a vast avenue of approach to new ideas. This issue looks at recent developments in science which grew out of just this kind of rethink. For thousands of years most of our food has come from farms - but for fish we still go hunting. In an area ripe for a rethink, a new system allows the intensive methods of modern agriculture to be used for rearing fish.
