- Summary
- COI synopsis: To many people the twentieth century city is a place becoming bleak in its uniformity. In this issue we look at some of the latest ideas for putting individuality back into building, and giving our cities a new and different shape. Now the wishes of the whole community can be taken into account in town planning. A new computer system can show the residents exactly what a future development will be like - even playing back the noise level at any point on a proposed estate.
