- Summary
- COI synopsis: What’s in a toy library. Apart from toys of every kind for children of all ages a brand new toy library recently opened in Brighton has a lot more to offer its young borrowers. Sociologists see the scheme as an experiment in community development, but for the children concerned, as Michele Brown finds out for herself, their toy library means hours of fun and entertainment where everyone, even adults can join in.
