- COI synopsis: A hundred thousand ton tanker can take up to six miles to stop, three miles to turn, two miles to deflect. One plastic disc, and a few eccentric curves, could prevent these leviathans from ploughing into each other and sinking a huge investment beneath the waves (or spreading it over them).
