- COI synopsis: If our technological world is not to come to a grinding halt, the efficiency of its components must be checked for accuracy and reliability. We try out three easy-to-use devices which are troubleshooters for industry... a moisture meter, a portable revolutions per minute meter, and a special mirror system to check printed circuits.
