- Summary
- NoS synopsis: "A really distinctive ensemble designed by "Reville" for early autumn. The material is Burnbrae Scotch tweed, and the collar Persian lamb. (The long tunic shirt is in heavy crêpe-de-Chine)." M/S of a woman in a drawing room setting modelling the Reville outfit. Closer view of the woman to show details of the feather trimmed hat and fur trimmed coat. She passes her handbag to someone off-screen. She then undoes the collar of the coat. She then undoes the belt of the coat to show the dress underneath. She turns for the camera. "The next coat and skirt model is a real novelty - chalk white west of England facecloth, ingeniously trimmed with strips of moleskin. (Hat and muff follow the same style.)" A model walks into the room wearing the unusual outfit. She walks towards the camera, lays down the muff and turns to show the back of her coat. She walks away from the camera and out of the room. (Looks like this was shot in the Pathe studio).
