British Pathe synopsis: C/U of a mechanical stage which can move in sections. The stage lowers and raises itself to different levels. M/S of large number of men laying down sections of a stage. High angle shot of the stage being constructed. The stage rotates as it is being constructed. "Three scenes may be simultaneously placed ready for revolving into position." High angle of part of the scenery being lifted up. High angle shot of the stage revolving. A different scene is revealed. Workers walk amongst the scene - an outdoor cafe or restaurant.
