- Summary
- COI synopsis: Water. It rolls from sea to sky, sky to land, land to sea. We’re walking columns of the stuff; part of the same timeless cycle. This programme examines the cycle and the problems it presents for man. Even small streams can be used to make electricity; all you need is a simple turbine, cheap and easy to make in any workshop. Add a pocket-sized electronic governor, cheap enough to be disposable and needing no maintenance, and remote areas can have electricity on tap.
