- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Church of Scotland in Edinburgh. DESCRIPTION: Lord of High Commissioner, Sir Ian Colquhoun, opens General Assembly in colourful ceremony. SHOTLIST: Pipers Band leading soldiers with Full dress uniform (Busby Hats etc.) Coach drives past officers of the Battalion. High Commissionaire alights from carriage and is greeted by officers. Escorted by officers he inspects ranks of soldiers. Shot over crowd of heads of people, of the High Commissionaire shaking hands and entering building.
