Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Gunpowder Plot Is Well Remembered. DESCRIPTION: Every honourable young Cockney naturally has to celebrate the confusion of Guy Fawkes. SHOTLIST: Boy putting grease paint on a few others shouting. Elevated shot of children drawing "Guy Fawkes" in barrow. Close shot of man refusing to give money to them. Fireworks let off from underneath the guy. Children laugh. Old man staggers to his feet from barrow and runs off. Policeman comes upon scene and woman holding up curtain with huge rent in same. Child being held by ear by policeman.
