Summary
Vast audiences in Albert Hall and Hyde Park unite in singing the old songs in great Remembrance Festival. In great city - in tiny hamlet - wherever there has been raised a memorial - they came to pay their tribute. Back in Mons, and amid the graves of comrades, 225 of the ‘Old Contemptibles’, pay their tribute. Prince of Wales leads thousands of ex-servicemen and women in great torchlight pilgrimage to the Cenotaph.
