Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: King and Queen at Children’s Hospital. DESCRIPTION: Their Majesties visit Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital. SHOTLIST: Their Majesties the King and Queen arrive by car at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children where large crowds have assembled to greet them. They are affectionately kissed by the Princess Royal who is President of the Hospital. Then the King and Queen accompanied by Lady Astor (in the background) review the Guard of Honour formed by nurses before proceeding to the wards where they meet the children and the Queen joins a tea party.
