MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Waterloo Bridge Under Construction. SHOTLIST: General views of work in progress on the new Waterloo Bridge over the Thames. About this date a symposium on the construction of the bridge was issued in GR 489a. Incorporated in this was the blasting of stone for the bridge at Portland, and pile driving. No shot of actual blast.
