Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Jack Cotter’s Second Shipment. DESCRIPTION: With Movietone’s Cameraman. SHOTLIST: In the Old City of Jerusalem a patrol of the Black Watch patrol David street. The Wailing Wall is also patrolled and the police are in evidence in front of the Mosque of Omar. At the Jaffa and Damascus Gates natives are searched for illicit arms. On the road to Jericho a convoy of armoured cars moves slowly along. It passes a burned out army lorry. In Jericho, the Coldstream Guards are in control and bunches of Arabs wait, before they are interrogated by an interpreter in an old fashioned garden. Armed train & Arabs repairing lines - 99ft.
