MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Opening New BBC Headquarters. SHOTLIST: Queen Margaret College, Glasgow, are opened by Mr Walter Elliot as the new Scottish Headquarters of the BBC. Mrs Elliot accompanies her husband and inside, accompanied by Mr Ogilvie, they tour the building, in the grounds of which is an ARP shelter.
