Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Surf Boat Carnival. DESCRIPTION: Surf boats in Australia. SHOTLIST: On Manly Beach, Australia, men battle with the waves at the surf carnival. High seas are running and Movietone’s slow motion camera gets some beautiful studies of the wave-tossed craft. Some of the bathers come perilously near the boats as they race for the shore. Some very good material here. Also elevated shots.
