MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: HH Duke of Kent. DESCRIPTION: The inauguration of the Royal Naval Film Corporation onboard HMS Ark Royal. SHOTLIST: The Duke of Kent makes a speech on the subject of the films in the Navy. Shots of the audience listening. "Ark Royal" Ceremony - CARD 36048 Film representatives gather aboard the HMS "Ark Royal" to hear Lord Stanhope open the proceedings. Then the Duke of Kent’s speech which was recorded on film - is projected on a screen.
