Summary
Chungking, temporary capital of China, after five years of war. Rebuilding goes on after Japanese raids, and posters on buildings call for volunteers to fight the Japanese. British Ambassador Sir Maurice Seymour travels by Sedan Chair, but most other taxi passengers travel by donkey. Chinese youths are seen learning to drop by parachute, a new generation learning to become air-minded.
