Summary

Roosevelt addressing Congress starts by paying tribute to the leaders of United States’ Allies, Churchill, Stalin, Chiang Kai-Shek. Says United Nations are going to strike in Europe and strike hard. Ends by saying the Nazis and Fascists have asked for it, and they are going to get it.
