- Description
- Traces of Evidence: Every contact leaves a trace. The killer will leave something at the scene of the crime - hairs , fibres or they will take something away with them such as the soil on their shoes. It’s all evidence that can lead directly to the killer. In this programme we examine four cases all concerned with the interpretation of evidence. From soil analysis and the case of Margareta Filbert 1908 to fibre analysis Nancy Titterton 1936 to blood splatter analysis Dr Sam Sheppard 1954 and fingerprints with the Stratton brothers 1905.
