Synopsis
Feature film adaptation of the play. An abbreviated version in heightened style by actors wearing exaggerated make-up and stylised costumes. Hamlet is played by twin actors to show him as literally a split personality, and Helen Mirren plays both Gertrude and Ophelia. Music by Carlos Miranda.
